A gas fire gives you a real flame and real heat, and suits a room with a sound chimney or the right flue. An electric fire needs none of that, so it can go almost anywhere, including a media wall, and gives you the look of a fire with none of the maintenance. Gas work should only ever be done by someone qualified to do it. Lewis, one of the family, is Gas Safe registered and leads our installation teams, so your fire is supplied, fitted and signed off by our own people from start to finish. No third-party fitter, no handover, no guesswork.

Common questions
Do I need a chimney or flue for a gas fire?
It depends on the fire. Some gas fires need a conventional flue or chimney, others are balanced flue or flueless. We look at your room and chimney first and tell you honestly what will work, so there are no surprises later.
Are your installers Gas Safe registered?
Yes. Lewis, one of the family, is Gas Safe registered and leads our installation teams, so your gas fire is fitted safely and signed off properly by our own people, not a third party.
Do you supply the fire as well as fit it?
Yes. We supply and fit gas and electric fires, and because we manufacture stone ourselves, we make the hearth and surround to measure around the fire as one complete job.
